Why Icon Care Limited?

Introduction

During the past 20 years, there has been a substantial increase in the prevalence and consequences of the use of drugs that are liable to abuse. This is a global scenario threatening the communities mainly in North America, Europe, Asia and the West Pacific, Africa, and South America. Bangladesh is not an exception to this situation. Bangladesh is surrounded by drugs producing and trafficking countries, the availability and consequently abuse of drugs has become a great threat to our society and the nation as a whole.

Objectives

To perform a little responsibility for helping the victims of drug abuse and thereby serving the nation as well, we decided to set up a drug addiction treatment and rehabilitation center in Bangladesh conforming to high standards of holistic approaches prevailing in the world. And we started the operation: Icon Care Ltd. in Uttara in May 2023.

Excellence

To emerge with an international standard infrastructure and treatment program, we took the support of consultancy from the international expert addiction treatment consultant and addiction counseling trainer at home and abroad and, most importantly, we have been taking the support of our specialized Medical Doctors, Psychiatrists, Psychologists and Internationally Certified Addiction Professionals of Bangladesh. However, what we do goes beyond any typical “rehab” center.

About Us

Icon Care Limited is a world-class center of serviceexcellence in addiction and psychiatric treatment and rehabilitation. Founded by avision-driven management, our center is supported by a very smart team of renowned Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Doctors, and Internationally Certified Addiction Professionals (ICAP), trained nurses, ward attendants, and other dedicated professionals. At Icon Care, we prioritize the well-being of our patients, providing separate and secure arrangements for addiction and psychiatric care. Notably, we have established a thoroughly segregated unit exclusively managed by female staff to ensure a safe environment for female patients.
Located in the prestigious residential area of Uttara Model Town, Dhaka, our center offers comprehensive mental health and addiction treatment services. We specialize in helping individuals and families overcome various substance use disorders, fostering healing, and providing guidance and skills for a successful future. Our integrated approach addresses the underlying causes of addiction while providing comprehensive treatment for mental and behavioral health concerns.
At Icon Care Limited, we offer evidence-based treatment services to support lasting recovery. Our diverse therapies include individual and group therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy,motivational interviewing, and dialectical behavior therapy. Additionally, we incorporate holistic treatment approaches such as fitness training, yoga, meditation, and religious lectures to address addiction and mental illness’s physical and emotional aspects.
